End User License Agreement (EULA)
This Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding document governing the use of the game "Only Up: BRAINROT TOGETHER" (hereinafter referred to as the "Game").
1. Use of Materials
The Game uses materials purchased from various platforms, including Fab Marketplace, as well as materials provided under open licenses such as CC BY 4.0. All intellectual property rights to the materials used in the game are protected by applicable copyright laws.
1.1. Use of Materials under the CC BY 4.0 License
If you use assets distributed under the CC BY 4.0 license, you are required to comply with the following conditions:
Attribute the author,
Provide a link to the license,
Indicate whether any changes have been made to the original materials (if applicable).

2. Responsibility for Copyright Compliance
Rosa Special Studio takes all necessary steps to comply with the copyrights and licensing terms of the materials used in the game. However, the responsibility for ensuring compliance with all licensing conditions, as well as for any claims related to copyright infringement, rests with the game developer.
If any claims arise regarding the use of materials that violate copyright laws, the responsibility for resolving the issue and any legal consequences lies with the game developer.
3. Game Use Terms
The game "Only Up: BRAINROT TOGETHER" is provided for personal use only. The following actions are prohibited:
Copying, distributing, modifying, or selling the materials of the game without permission,
Using the game for commercial purposes without prior agreement with the developer.

6. Disclaimer of Liability
Rosa Special Studio is not liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or other consequences arising from the use of the game. The user assumes full responsibility for using the game and agrees that the game is used at their own risk.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country of the developer (if the company is registered in a specific jurisdiction). Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the appropriate jurisdiction.
