End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Mr.Vinegar ("Licensor") governing your use of the video game NTR Tavern and any updates, patches, or downloadable content (collectively, "Game").
1. License Grant
Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install, access, and play the Game on your personal device(s) for non-commercial, personal use only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Licensor.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Distribute, rent, lease, sell, resell, sublicense, or make commercial use of the Game;
Decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to derive the source code;
Circumvent or disable any digital rights management or security mechanisms.
3. Intellectual Property
The Game and all content—including assets, code, audio, graphics, characters, UI, and storyline—remain the exclusive property of Mr.Vinegar. Use of gameplay screenshots, videos, or streaming content is permitted only for editorial or review purposes—not for commercial redistribution.
4. No Warranty
The Game is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Licensor disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Licensor is not liable for any damages—including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use or inability to use the Game. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of implied warranties or limitations of liability; those provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
6. Termination
The license is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate the license immediately if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Game.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This EULA is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Mumbai, India, conducted in English. Class action claims or collective proceedings are excluded. Users within jurisdictions that grant stronger statutory consumer protections retain those rights notwithstanding this clause.
8. Miscellaneous
If any clause is held unenforceable, the rest remain valid. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Game and supersedes any prior agreements. Licensor reserves the right to modify this EULA in the future; notice may be provided via email or through the Game launcher.
By installing, copying, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
