Effective Date: July 20, 2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Enclave Gaming regarding the use of the software product "Watchstander: COLREGS Trainer" ("Software").

Enclave Gaming grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

[]You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.[/][]You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute the Software to third parties.[/][]You may not use the Software for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Enclave Gaming.[/][]You may not imply that the Software is an official training tool of the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, or U.S. Government.[/]

The Software is licensed, not sold. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the Software remain with Enclave Gaming.

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting all copies of the Software. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enclave Gaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
