3. Enforcement and Consequences
Violations of these Terms may result in:- A temporary or permanent ban from our servers, applied by IP address, Steam account, or hardware identifier.
- A formal warning issued at our discretion.
4. Availability and Liability
War of Dots is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We make no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or reliability.We are not responsible for any data loss, service downtime, or damages of any kind arising from the use or misuse of War of Dots.
