1. General Rules
  • Users must also comply with Steam's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • Use of War of Dots is a privilege, not a right. We may revoke access at our discretion if these Terms are violated.


2. Prohibited Conduct
  • Bug and Glitch Abuse: Intentionally exploiting bugs, errors, or unintended features of War of Dots is strictly prohibited.
  • Discriminatory Content: Usernames or any other inputs containing racist, homophobic, sexist, or otherwise hateful or discriminatory content are forbidden.
  • Automated Abuse: Unauthorized bots, scripts, or automation tools that interact with War of Dots are not permitted.
  • Malicious Use: Using War of Dots to harass, threaten, or harm others, or to engage in any illegal activity, is prohibited.
  • Alt Accounts: Using multiple accounts simultaneously to play War of Dots — whether in the same game or across multiple games — is not allowed.


3. Enforcement and Consequences
Violations of these Terms may result in:
  • A temporary or permanent ban from our servers, applied by IP address, Steam account, or hardware identifier.
  • A formal warning issued at our discretion.
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate response to any violation on a case-by-case basis.


4. Availability and Liability
War of Dots is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We make no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or reliability.

We are not responsible for any data loss, service downtime, or damages of any kind arising from the use or misuse of War of Dots.

War of Dots is not intended for individuals under the age of 13, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. By playing War of Dots, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
