End User License Agreement (EULA) for Dreamscape Pursuit
PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and NetGlow Studios ("Developer"), the creator and copyright holder of the game Dreamscape Pursuit ("Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights, remain the property of the Developer.

3. Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game;
Use the Game for any commercial purpose other than content creation as outlined in Section 5;
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels;
Circumvent any technical protection measures associated with the Game;
Use the Game in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

4. User-Generated Content
If the Game includes features that allow you to create, submit, or share content, you agree not to upload or share any content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or offensive. The Developer reserves the right to remove or restrict access to such content at their discretion.

5. Streaming, Content Creation & Public Commentary
You are explicitly permitted to record, stream, publish, and share gameplay content from Dreamscape Pursuit on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, or similar, including monetized content (e.g., through ads, memberships, sponsorships, or donations).
You are also free to discuss, review, critique, or analyze the Game publicly, provided the content:
Does not misrepresent the Game or its core elements,
Does not include offensive or unlawful material,
Clearly indicates that it is not official content created by the Developer.
You may not:
Sell access to the Game or redistribute its files,
Use in-game assets (such as music, models, or audio) independently from gameplay without permission.
Permission is not required for standard gameplay-based content, including monetized Let’s Plays, walkthroughs, reviews, or commentary videos.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Game.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
