END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Game: SUSPECTO (“Game”)
Developer/Publisher: YORQ Studios
1. Acceptance
By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
2. License Grant
Subject to this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.
3. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all code, art, audio, characters, trademarks, and other content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Steam Terms
Your use of Steam and Steam services remains governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement. In any conflict regarding Steam-provided services, the Steam Subscriber Agreement controls. This EULA applies to your use of the Game itself.
5. Restrictions
You must not:
(a) copy, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the Game except as permitted by this EULA;
(b) sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Game or any rights to it;
(c) modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except to the extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law;
(d) circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or anti-cheat features;
(e) use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software;
(f) use the Game for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
6. Online Features; Anti-Cheat
Some features may require internet access and an active platform account. We may use anti-cheat and fraud prevention technologies which may collect and analyze gameplay data to detect violations. If cheating or tampering is detected, we may suspend or terminate access to online features.
7. User-Generated Content & Streaming
If the Game enables you to create, upload, or share content (“UGC”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, modify, and display your UGC in connection with operating and improving the Game. You represent that your UGC is your own or you have permission to use it and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
Streaming/Monetization: You may capture, stream, and monetize gameplay footage non-commercially (e.g., ads, tips, platform revenue share) provided you do not distribute the Game’s assets separately or imply any endorsement by us.
8. Mods
Unless we provide official mod tools or a Steam Workshop for the Game, modifying the Game or creating mods is not permitted. If we enable modding, additional terms may apply; we may revoke mod access for violations.
9. Updates & Changes
We may provide patches, updates, or other changes that you must install to continue using the Game. Features may change over time. We have no obligation to continue supporting any particular version or feature.
10. Data & Privacy
We may collect limited information related to the operation of the Game (e.g., crash logs, technical data, gameplay telemetry) to maintain and improve the Game and enforce this EULA. For details or contact us at [suspecto@yorqstudios.com].
11. Health & Safety
A small percentage of people may experience seizures or blackouts when exposed to certain visual images, including video games. If you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness, disorientation, or convulsions, stop playing immediately and consult a doctor.
12. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by uninstalling the Game. We may suspend or terminate this EULA and your access to the Game if you breach it. Sections intended to survive (including Ownership, Restrictions, Data & Privacy, Warranty Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, Dispute Resolution) will survive termination.
13. Warranty Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND DISTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES; OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE GAME DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This EULA is governed by the laws of [Türkiye], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Istanbul, Türkiye / your venue], except where applicable law provides otherwise.
16. Export & Sanctions
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to embargo or on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You will comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.
17. Changes to this EULA
We may update this EULA from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by reasonable means. Continued use of the Game after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
