2a. Use of Pre-made Library Crosswords

The pre-made crosswords remain the property of the developer. Beyond regular game play, the following uses are permitted:

Educators (employed in a school or university) may distribute the pre-made library crosswords to their students, for classroom/homework use only.

Community groups, non-profits, and charitable organisations may use pre-made library crosswords to further their cause. This permission does not extend to making pre-made library crosswords publicly available.

Businesses, libraries, restaurants, and care facilities may freely use these crosswords in materials such as activity sheets, menus, newsletters, or displays; provided those materials are not sold directly (e.g. as standalone products or publications).

These crosswords may not be redistributed, repackaged, or bundled into any competing software, service, or product.

You may not:

You are responsible for the safety and origin of any file you import. The software does not scan imported documents for viruses or other malicious content, and the developer accepts no liability for any infection, damage, or data loss arising from material you supply to it.

4a. Accuracy of Clues

This software generates puzzles and clues automatically. While care is taken to ensure accuracy, mistakes may still occur. You are solely responsible for verifying any information used for study, teaching, or assessment. The developer is not liable for any academic outcomes, grading errors, misunderstandings, or other consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete clues. Automated clue generation may produce unexpected or unsuitable content; you are responsible for reviewing content before distribution.

Play nice. If your use of this software causes harm or distress to others, you're doing it wrong.

6. Licence Conditions and Termination
