This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and the author of the game TheCoin (“Author”). By installing, launching, or using the game (“Game”) through the Steam platform, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.

The Author grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this EULA and the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

You may not, and may not allow others to:

• use any unauthorized software, scripts, bots, or other methods of cheating, automation, or manipulation of the Game,
  
  
• perform reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or otherwise attempt to obtain the Game’s source code,
  
  
• modify or create derivative works based on the Game,
  
  
• sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute the Game,
  
  
• remove or alter any copyright notices or labels in the Game.

• Cheating and the use of bots are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:
  
  
• using software or devices that automate gameplay,
  
  
• exploiting bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage,
  
  
• sharing methods or tools related to cheating or botting.

Violation of these rules will result in the immediate termination of your license and may lead to your account being blocked.

This EULA remains in effect until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will immediately and automatically terminate if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Game and delete all copies of the Game in your possession.

The Author may update or modify the Game and this EULA at any time. Continuing to use the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of them. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Game and uninstall it.

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Author disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Game.
