IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This End‑User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("you" or "Licensee") and RongeGames s.r.o., a Slovak limited liability company ("Licensor"), with its registered office at Lučná 214, Chynorany 95633, Slovakia (IČO: 56467001, DIČ: 2122316196). By installing, copying, or otherwise using Arane Breakers (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

1. License Grant
Licensor hereby grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on your personal devices, provided you have a valid Steam account that purchased the Game. You may install the Game on multiple devices associated with your Steam account in accordance with Steam's terms of service.

2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
• Copy, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise transfer the Game or any portion thereof to third parties;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game for commercial purposes or to create competing products;
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works of the Game's core software, except for creating user‑generated maps as set forth in Section 4;
• Use the Game for any illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws;
• Circumvent or disable any security features or copy protection mechanisms.

3. Ownership
All rights, title and interest in and to the Game's core software, assets, trademarks, and intellectual property remain with Licensor. The Game is licensed, not sold. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.

4. User‑Generated Content; Map Editor
The Game includes a map editor that allows you to create and share custom maps ("User Maps").

**Your Rights:** You retain ownership of your original creative elements in User Maps that you create.

**License to Licensor:** By uploading or sharing User Maps through the Game, you grant Licensor a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:
• Host, distribute, and display your User Maps within the Game
• Modify User Maps as necessary for technical compatibility
• Include User Maps in promotional materials for the Game
• Allow other players to download and play your User Maps

**Your License to Other Players:** You grant other Game users a non-exclusive license to download, play, and enjoy your User Maps for personal, non-commercial use.

**Content Standards:** User Maps must not contain:
• Copyrighted material you don't own or have permission to use
• Offensive, harmful, or illegal content
• Malicious code or exploits

Licensor reserves the right to remove User Maps that violate these standards.

5. Multiplayer & Steam Requirements
• The Game requires a valid Steam account to launch and access multiplayer features
• You are responsible for your internet connection and associated costs
• Licensor makes reasonable efforts to maintain multiplayer services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability
• Licensor is not responsible for connectivity issues, lag, or interruptions beyond its control

6. Updates, Patches & Data Collection
• Licensor may provide updates, patches, or upgrades to improve the Game
• Updates may be automatic through Steam and are part of the licensed Game
• Currently, Licensor does not collect personal or gameplay data beyond basic Steam integration
• Any future changes to data collection practices will be governed by Licensor's Privacy Policy
• You may opt out of non-essential data collection if such features are added

7. Game Performance & Warranty
**Limited Warranty:** Licensor warrants that the Game will perform substantially in accordance with its description on Steam and will be compatible with the minimum system requirements listed on the Steam store page for a period of 30 days from purchase.

**Warranty Remedies:** If the Game fails to meet this limited warranty, your exclusive remedy is to contact Steam for a refund in accordance with Steam's refund policy.

**Disclaimer:** EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY ABOVE, THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability
**General Limitation:** LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME.

**Excluded Damages:** LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

**Exceptions:** These limitations do not apply to damages caused by Licensor's gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or where prohibited by applicable law.

9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by Steam's refund policy. Licensor encourages users to try the Game within Steam's refund window to ensure satisfaction.

10. Termination
• This Agreement remains effective until terminated
• You may terminate by uninstalling the Game and ceasing all use
• Licensor may terminate if you materially breach this Agreement and fail to cure such breach within 14 days of notice
• Upon termination, you must cease using the Game, but User Maps you created may remain available to other users under the license granted in Section 4

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
**Governing Law:** This Agreement is governed by Slovak law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

**Dispute Resolution:**
• For disputes under €5,000, you may choose between Slovak courts or arbitration
• For larger disputes, final resolution shall be by arbitration under Slovak Arbitration Centre rules
• Arbitration seat: Bratislava, Slovakia, conducted in English
• Each party bears its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator

12. Miscellaneous
• If any provision is found invalid, the remainder of this Agreement continues in effect
• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement regarding the Game
• Licensor may update this Agreement with 30 days' notice for future versions, but existing installations remain under the current terms

**Acknowledgment:** BY INSTALLING OR USING THE GAME, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
