1. License Grant
Salomo Interiors SL grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software for entertainment purposes only on devices you own or control.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software;
Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or exploit the Software commercially;
Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.
3. Ownership
The Software and all intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Salomo Interiors SL. You have no ownership or proprietary rights in the Software.
4. User Content
You may be allowed to submit content (e.g., base designs, usernames) within the game. You grant Salomo Interiors SL a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for promotional and operational purposes.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and stop using the Software.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Use at your own risk. Salomo Interiors SL makes no guarantees regarding performance, availability, or bug-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salomo Interiors SL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
