End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (an individual or a single entity) and Neoax Studio (“Licensor”) regarding your use of the game software Path of Ambition: The Sun Rise (“the Game”), which includes software programs, images, music, data, and related materials.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
You may:
Install and play the Game on devices you own or control.
Make one backup copy for personal archival purposes.
You may not:
Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise disassemble the Game.
Use the Game for commercial purposes without authorization.
Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Game to any third party.
Circumvent any technological protection measures or exploit bugs for improper use.
2. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in the Game, including but not limited to code, artwork, music, and design, are owned by the Licensor or its licensors.
3. User-Generated Content
If the Game allows you to create or upload content:
You retain ownership of your content. However, you grant the Licensor a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content within the Game or in promotional materials.
You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
4. Termination
This license will terminate automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Game.
5. Disclaimer
The Game is provided “as is.” The Licensor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, stability, or error-free operation of the Game. The Licensor does not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Game.
