The Great Coffee Caper Soundtrack (“Soundtrack”) is an original work protected by applicable copyright laws and international copyright treaties. This document sets forth the permitted and prohibited uses of the Soundtrack by third-party users (each, a “Licensee”). By using the Soundtrack in any manner, Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
1.1 Copyright Ownership
The Great Coffee Caper Soundtrack is protected by copyright and owned exclusively by Joel Dunning (“Licensor”), who produces and releases music under the name "Zectro".
1.2 Definitions
"Transformative Content" is defined as original audiovisual content where the Soundtrack is not the primary focus, but instead accompanies substantial new expression, such as but not limited to gameplay, commentary, musical remixes, or educational discussion.
2.1 Permitted Uses
Use of the Soundtrack is authorized in any context provided the Soundtrack is used as Transformative Content and the rights of the Licensor are protected. This includes both monetized and non-monetized uses, provided that all other conditions herein are met.
2.2 Attribution Requirement
All permitted uses must include visible credit where possible to the Licensor using the name Zectro.
2.3 Prohibited Uses
Use of the Soundtrack that does not meet the criteria referenced in 2.1 and 2.2 constitutes a material breach of this Policy unless given expressed written consent by both Licensor and an authorized representative or member of Everyday Magic LLC. This consent approves the Licensee of the intended use expressed to the Licensor and an authorized representative or member of Everyday Magic LLC.
3.1 Reservation of Rights
Licensor reserves the right to issue takedown notices for unauthorized use. If you believe a DMCA claim was issued in error, or have licensing questions, contact us at support@everydaymagicgames.com.
