The User agrees that installing or using the Software confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this License.


If you have paid for the Software, you are hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.


You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
You may not use the Software for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable regulations.


This license will automatically terminate if the User fails to comply with the terms or restrictions contained in this license, including payment of the appropriate license fee (if applicable).
Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
The Licensor reserves the right to pursue damages or remedies available under law in case of breach.


The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
The Software is licensed, not sold. LearnTestQuestions remains the property of its creator at all times.


LEARNTESTQUESTIONS SOFTWARE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET THE USER'S REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
The User acknowledges that use of the Software is at their sole risk.


THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED "AS IS". THE USER ASSUMES ALL RISK OF USING THE SOFTWARE.
NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND ARE PROVIDED WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LOCAL LAW, IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE EXCLUDED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CREATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.


This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable local laws.
In particular:
- In the European Union, this Agreement does not affect consumer rights provided by EU law and national legislation.
- In the United States, this Agreement is subject to applicable federal and state consumer protection laws.
- In other countries, this Agreement is subject to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the User’s place of residence.


If the Software collects or processes personal data, such processing shall be subject to applicable data protection laws.
The User agrees to review the Licensor’s Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.


The Licensor reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time.
Continued use of the Software after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
