This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and FullFreeGameplay ("FullFreeGameplay") for the Cosmonade software (the "Software").
By downloading, installing, copying or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, copy or use the Software.

FullFreeGameplay grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the Software solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

The Software is owned by FullFreeGameplay and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by FullFreeGameplay.

You may not:
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
- Distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell or otherwise transfer the Software or any rights to the Software.
- Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from the Software.
- Use the Software for commercial purposes without the express written consent of FullFreeGameplay.

The Software includes a service for purchasing in-game skins (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the following terms:
- All purchases are final and non-refundable.
- FullFreeGameplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
- You are responsible for any charges incurred from your Internet service provider or mobile carrier for data services when using the Service.

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or FullFreeGameplay. Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate without notice from FullFreeGameplay if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL FULLFREEGAMEPLAY BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and FullFreeGameplay concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the Software.
