END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Secrets of the Burrow: Vixoria’s Quest

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User” or “You”) and FOXBOY Productions, a company based in the United Kingdom (“FOXBOY”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the video game Secrets of the Burrow: Vixoria’s Quest (“the Game”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.
1. Licence Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, FOXBOY Productions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and play one copy of the Game on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Game and all associated content—including but not limited to software code, visual assets, characters, environments, dialogue, lore, music, story, and branding—are the intellectual property of FOXBOY Productions and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.
This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved by FOXBOY Productions.
3. Permitted Uses
You may:
Install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Stream, record, or upload gameplay footage to online platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch), including monetised streams and videos through ads or donations.
Create and share non-commercial fan content, such as artwork or fan fiction, as long as it is clearly identified as unofficial and does not infringe on FOXBOY’s IP rights.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Game or any part thereof.
Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game, except where expressly permitted by law.
Circumvent any security or digital rights management features.
Use the Game for unlawful purposes or in any way that harms FOXBOY Productions, its IP, or its users.
Create or distribute unauthorised modifications, hacks, bots, or cheat tools.
Use the Game or its content to train AI models or other automated systems without explicit written consent.
5. Modding Policy
Modding is currently not officially supported. You may not create, distribute, or publicly share modifications to the Game without our express written permission. Any modding done privately and non-commercially is at your own risk and may violate this Agreement.
We reserve the right to revoke any informal permissions or community practices at any time.
6. User-Generated Content
You may create derivative content using the Game—such as gameplay videos, fan fiction, artwork, or commentary—under the following conditions:
It must be non-commercial (unless you are monetising via ads, donations, or sponsorships on recognised platforms like YouTube or Twitch).
It must clearly identify itself as unofficial and not affiliated with or endorsed by FOXBOY Productions.
It must not use the Game’s content to promote hate speech, discrimination, misinformation, or offensive material.
You retain ownership of any original contributions you make (e.g., commentary, video editing, original text or illustrations). However, FOXBOY Productions retains full ownership of all underlying IP.
By publishing or sharing your content, you grant FOXBOY Productions a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, and showcase your derivative content for promotional or community purposes, without compensation or attribution.
7. Updates and Patches
We may provide updates, bug fixes, or patches to the Game to improve performance, add new features, or address technical issues. These may be applied automatically or manually. Continued use of the Game following any update constitutes your acceptance of any changes to this Agreement, if relevant.
8. Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective from the moment you install or use the Game and remains in force until terminated.
You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling all copies of the Game. FOXBOY Productions may terminate this Agreement and revoke your licence if you breach any terms herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy any copies of the Game in your possession.
9. Disclaimers
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we make any guarantees regarding compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted under UK law, FOXBOY Productions disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FOXBOY Productions shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages;
Loss of data, revenue, or business;
Personal injury or property damage arising from use or misuse of the Game.
In any case, our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to obtain the Game.
11. Privacy
Any data collected during your use of the Game will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at:

If your platform (e.g., Steam, Epic) collects data, their respective privacy policies also apply.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement, and any disputes or claims arising from it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any legal matter arising under or in connection with this Agreement.
13. Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time, for any reason, including legal, technical, or operational changes. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this Agreement and, where appropriate, notify you through the platform on which you acquired the Game (e.g., store page update, in-game notice, or email, if available).
Your continued use of the Game after any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated Agreement, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Game.
