End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This Agreement is made between 【天書製作者-阿賓】 (hereinafter “Licensor”) and you (hereinafter “Licensee”) and governs your installation, copying, and use of the game software “天書” (hereinafter “Software”). Please read and agree to all terms below before installing or running the Software.
1. Definitions
1.1 “Software” refers to the game program “天書” developed by Licensor, including all associated files, resources, and documentation.
1.2 “Licensor” means 【天書製作者-阿賓】, the copyright owner of the Software.
1.3 “Licensee” means the individual or entity who installs and uses the Software.
2. License Grant
2.1 Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes.
2.2 You may install the Software on multiple devices, provided you use it only under the same user account.
3. Restrictions
Licensee agrees not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to crack the Software;
- Modify, translate, add to, or remove any part of the Software’s code or resources;
- Distribute, rent, sell, transfer, or commercially exploit the Software;
- Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
- Use the Software for any unlawful or immoral purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software and its content (including story, characters, art, music, and code) are owned by Licensor and protected under the laws of the Republic of China and international copyright treaties. Without Licensor’s written consent, no copying, adaptation, or derivative work is permitted.
5. Disclaimer and Warranty
5.1 The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
5.2 Licensor does not warrant that the Software is error-free or will meet your expectations.
5.3 Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Software.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, shall Licensor be liable for any loss, damage, or expense of any kind.
7. Termination
If Licensee breaches any term of this Agreement, Licensor may terminate this license immediately. Upon termination, Licensee must delete or destroy all copies of the Software and cease all use.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of China. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court where Licensor is located.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
9.2 Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
