Sweet Lyoria End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Honey Mouse x Rose Bunny (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for the use of the game software titled Sweet Lyoria, including all related services, updates, downloadable content, and documentation (“Software”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Ownership
The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Honey Mouse x Rose Bunny and are protected by copyright and other laws. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.
3. Restrictions
You agree that you will not:
* Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
* Distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software to others.
* Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law.
* Use the Software for commercial purposes without written permission.
* Bypass or attempt to bypass any security or digital rights management protections in the Software.
4. User-Generated Content
You may create and share content related to Sweet Lyoria (e.g., fan art, videos, streaming), provided it is non-commercial and complies with our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to request the removal of content we deem inappropriate or infringing.
5. Updates and Patches
We may provide updates, patches, or modifications that must be installed for continued use. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Software at any time.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license immediately if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ACCESS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL HONEY MOUSE X ROSE BUNNY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Washington without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Honey Mouse x Rose Bunny regarding the Software and supersedes any prior agreements.
