Prohibited Conduct
Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly
1.1. You may not, directly or indirectly, and you agree not to assist or permit any third party to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of any part of the Game Client or Server Software;
Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game Client or Server Software;
Bypass or disable any copy protection, licensing, or other security mechanisms.
Unauthorized Tools and Cheat Software
2.1. You agree not to use, develop, distribute, or enable any unauthorized third-party software, scripts, bots, hacks, cheats, exploits, trainers, kernel-level drivers, or similar utilities that:
Alter or interfere with standard game mechanics (game speed, hit-detection, ability cooldowns, physics, matchmaking parameters, etc.);
Automate or assist gameplay (e.g., aim bots, auto-clickers, macro scripts);
Expose or manipulate hidden data or memory values to gain an unfair advantage;
Inject code or data, or hook into functions of the Game Client or Server.
Tampering with Client Files or Data
3.1. You may not:
Rename, move, delete, or otherwise tamper with any game files, assets, configuration files, or registry entries installed by the Game;
Intercept, alter, or forge network traffic to or from our servers;
Use packet sniffers, proxy tools, or man-in-the-middle attacks to inspect, capture, or modify game communication.
Enforcement and Remedies
4.1. Account Sanctions. Violation of this Section may result in:
Immediate suspension or permanent banning of your account(s);
Forfeiture of in-game items, progression, and currency;
Denial of refund or chargebacks for any purchases.
4.2. Legal Action. We reserve the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies, including injunctive relief, for unauthorized use of our intellectual property or other violations of this Agreement.
4.3. Audit and Monitoring. You consent to our automated and manual monitoring of gameplay, client integrity checks, and network traffic to detect and prevent prohibited conduct.
