GLASS HAND END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Glass Hand (the "Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install, access, or use the Game.
1. License
Glass Hand is licensed, not sold. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including its code, art, music, design, text, gameplay systems, user interface, and other content, are owned by Stellaware or its licensors.
This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Game or any related intellectual property to you.
3. Permitted Use
You may:
- install and play the Game through Steam;
- stream, record, screenshot, and share gameplay footage;
- create videos, reviews, livestreams, social media posts, and similar non-commercial or monetized creator content featuring the Game;
- make personal backup copies only where allowed by applicable law and platform rules.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the Game or any part of it;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game, except where allowed by applicable law;
- remove or alter copyright, trademark, license, or attribution notices;
- use the Game or its assets to create a competing product;
- use the Game for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
- bypass Steam, Steamworks, achievements, cloud saves, or other platform systems in a way that violates Steam’s rules.
5. Save Data, Achievements, and Steam Cloud
The Game may create local save data and may use Steam features such as achievements and Steam Cloud. Save data may be stored locally on your device and/or synced through Steam Cloud if enabled.
You are responsible for your own local files and system configuration. Stellware is not responsible for lost, edited, corrupted, deleted, or unsynced save data except where required by applicable law.
6. Updates and Changes
The Game may receive updates, patches, balance changes, bug fixes, or content changes. These updates may modify gameplay, cards, progression, achievements, save behavior, or other features.
Stellware is not obligated to provide ongoing updates or support unless required by applicable law.
7. Third-Party Software and Licenses
The Game uses third-party software and font assets, including Godot Engine and open-source fonts. Relevant notices and license information are provided separately in the included THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.txt file and/or in the Game’s credits or licenses screen.
Third-party software is provided under its own license terms.
8. User Content and Gameplay Footage
You may create and share gameplay footage, screenshots, livestreams, reviews, and similar content featuring the Game. You may monetize such content through normal creator platforms, including advertising, subscriptions, sponsorships, and donations, as long as your use does not imply official endorsement or ownership of the Game.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellware disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
The Game may contain bugs, errors, compatibility issues, balance issues, or other problems. Stellware does not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every system configuration.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellware will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Game.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellware’s total liability for any claim related to the Game will not exceed the amount you paid for the Game.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
11. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete any copies in your possession, except where Steam or applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and elsewhere, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
