End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") carefully before clicking the "Download", "Install" or "Play" button, or using the game.
By downloading, installing, or using the game, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the game.
1. License Grant
White Keyframe ("Licensor") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and play the game strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices authorized by the Steam platform.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the game.
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the game.
Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the game experience.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright or trademark notices) of the Licensor.
3. Intellectual Property
The game, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, source code, graphics, audio, characters, story, and other contents, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of White Keyframe.
4. User-Generated Content & Fan Material
If you stream, create videos (e.g., Let's Plays), or share screenshots of the game on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, or social media, you are generally permitted to monetize that content, provided that you do not sell the game files themselves or misrepresent ownership. The Licensor reserves the right to revoke this permission at any time.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or the Licensor. The Licensor may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the game and delete all copies from your devices.
6. Limitation of Liability and Warranty Disclaimer
The game is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Licensor expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
In no event shall the Licensor (White Keyframe) be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the game.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
