This End User License Agreementis a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a legal entity) and Developer regarding your use of the Desktop Maid software. This Software is distributed through the Steam platform. Users must also comply with the Steam Subscriber Agreement and any other applicable Valve policies.
By downloading, installing, or using this Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The Software is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited right to use the Software for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, or redistribute the Software or any part thereof.
2. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including any updates or modifications, are owned by the Developer. This Agreement does not convey any ownership interest in the Software to you.
3. Use of Third-Party Services (Gemini API)
This Software utilizes Google Gemini API (Generative AI) for certain features such as AI-based chat or automated responses.
Text input by users may be transmitted to and processed by Google servers.
Google may process such data in accordance with its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By using this Software, you agree to Google’s usage terms regarding the Gemini API.
Do not input sensitive personal information into the AI features.

4. Limitation of Liability
This Software is provided “as-is” without any warranty of any kind. The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
6. Modifications
The Developer reserves the right to change or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Software after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Developer’s region.
