End User License Agreement (EULA)
PREAMBLE
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“you” or the “Player”) and UltraGloria Works regarding your use of the game “Echo of Equilibrium” (the “Game”), which is developed and operated by UltraGloria Works.
This Agreement is entered into between you and UltraGloria Works only. Valve Corporation (“Valve”) is not a party to this Agreement and has no responsibility or liability with respect to the Game.
By downloading, installing, or using the Game through the Steam platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Game.
If you are under the age of 18, you must review this Agreement with your legal guardian.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please carefully review provisions that limit liability, disclaim warranties, or restrict user rights, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS
UltraGloria Works refers to Ultra Gloria Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
ARTICLE 2 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights related to the Game, including but not limited to software code, text, artwork, interfaces, logos, audio, data, and documentation, are owned by UltraGloria Works and protected by applicable laws and international treaties.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
ARTICLE 3 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” You agree that use of the Game is at your sole risk.
UltraGloria Works makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
Valve does not provide any warranty, maintenance, or support services for the Game.
UltraGloria Works shall not be liable for data loss, account theft, service interruption, or damages arising from software bugs, updates, viruses, or unauthorized third-party actions.
Inactive accounts for a continuous period of one (1) year may be deleted after reasonable notice.
ARTICLE 4 – ACCOUNTS AND USER CONDUCT
You must register and use the Game account truthfully and lawfully.
You may not:
• Distribute illegal, obscene, violent, or sensitive content;
• Use cheats, bots, scripts, or third-party software;
• Disrupt servers or gameplay;
• Transfer, rent, or sell your account for commercial use.
Violations may result in suspension or termination without compensation.
ARTICLE 5 – VIRTUAL ITEMS AND PAYMENTS
All virtual items are licensed, not sold. Ownership remains with UltraGloria Works.
Virtual items may expire and are non-transferable.
Randomized systems are probabilistic and no guarantees are made regarding outcomes.
Virtual items do not constitute investments or financial products.
All purchases, payments, and refunds conducted through Steam are governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Steam Refund Policy.
ARTICLE 6 – RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
UltraGloria Works may employ technical measures to maintain fair gameplay.
Failure to provide accurate account information may result in denial of support.
Submitting false or illegal information may lead to termination and legal liability.
ARTICLE 7 – TERMINATION OF SERVICE
UltraGloria Works may terminate Game services with at least thirty (30) days’ notice when required.
If services are terminated without notice, unused paid balances will be refunded where legally required.
ARTICLE 8 – BREACH AND GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the region where the Game is operated, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action.
ARTICLE 9 – MISCELLANEOUS
UltraGloria Works may amend this Agreement at any time by public notice.
Invalid provisions do not affect remaining terms.
Failure to enforce rights does not constitute waiver.
UltraGloria Works may display advertisements.
Valve Corporation is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and may enforce its terms.
