Preamble
1. This Agreement is a legal contract between you (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “player”) and UltraGloria Works (hereinafter referred to as “UGW”) regarding your use of the game Echo of Equilibrium (hereinafter referred to as “the Game”), developed and operated by UGW.
2. Before downloading, installing, or using the Game, please read this Agreement carefully. Once you begin using the Game, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to accept all the contents of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please stop using the Game immediately.
3. If you are under 18 years of age, please read this Agreement in the company of your legal guardian, paying special attention to the provisions for minors.
4. Important Notice: UGW particularly reminds you to carefully read the terms that exclude or limit UGW’s liability (usually containing terms such as “shall not be held liable” or “no obligation”) and other terms that restrict players’ rights (usually containing terms such as “shall not”). Such provisions shall be applied to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable laws of the region where the Game is operated.
Article 1: Explanation
1. In this Agreement, UltraGloria Works or UGW refers to Ultra Gloria Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai).
Article 2: Intellectual Property Rights
1. All copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights related to the Game are owned by UGW, including but not limited to: code, text descriptions and their combinations, icons, decorations, graphics, color schemes, interface design, layout framework, data, printed materials, or electronic documents, all of which are protected by intellectual property laws and international treaties. You may not copy, modify, distribute, rent, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the Game’s source code.
2. The product logos (graphics) and service marks embodied in Echo of Equilibrium are trademarks or registered trademarks of UGW in the regions where the Game is operated. Players may not use them without proper written authorization.
Article 3: Disclaimer
1. Players agree to bear any risks arising from the use of Echo of Equilibrium and related services. Except for specific purposes with explicit warranties not in violation of applicable law, UGW makes no other warranties of any kind, express or implied.
2. Players fully understand and agree that UGW may apply relevant technologies or software to enhance the security level of the Game, but UGW does not guarantee that these measures can completely eliminate risks such as account theft or loss.
3. Players understand and agree that if a player does not log in to the Game account for a long period (1 year), UGW has the right, after prior notice, to delete or otherwise dispose of the account and its related data, which may result in the loss of associated rights. UGW bears no responsibility for such consequences.
4. Due to software bugs, version update defects, third-party virus attacks, or other factors, abnormalities may occur in account data (such as cards, items, equipment, or currency). Until the cause is identified, UGW has the right to temporarily freeze the account. If it is found that the abnormality is due to abnormal behavior, UGW may restore the account data to its original state (including recovering transferred data from third parties) without assuming any responsibility.
Article 4: Account and Conduct Rules
1. You must use truthful and lawful information to register and use a Game account, and may not impersonate others. You may not use the Game to engage in unlawful activities, including but not limited to: spreading illegal, obscene, violent, or politically sensitive information; creating or using cheats, bots, or third-party plugins; interfering with or disrupting server operations.
2. Players understand and agree that Game accounts may not be provided to others for use in any form, including but not limited to transfer, rental, or lending, for purposes such as streaming, recording, or account boosting. Otherwise, you shall bear all legal consequences, and UGW has the right to impose penalties, including warnings, restrictions, deletion of data, suspension, or permanent account termination.
3. Players understand and agree that the Game is for entertainment only, and gambling or real money trading is strictly prohibited. Any disputes, fraud, or legal consequences arising from private money transactions shall be borne solely by the player. If players use the Game for illegal activities such as gambling or money trading, UGW may ban or terminate accounts.
Article 5: Virtual Items and Payments
1. Players understand and agree that virtual items, props, equipment, and currency are part of the Game service. UGW grants you the right to use them under this Agreement and relevant rules. Virtual items may have validity periods; if unused within the valid period, they will expire unless due to force majeure or reasons attributable to UGW.
2. Depending on the recharge channel, players may download receipts for recharge orders. In case of disputes regarding order status, players may submit account and order details to customer support for handling.
Article 6: Rights and Obligations
1. Players understand and agree that UGW may monitor the memory of your device and concurrent programs during gameplay. If unauthorized or harmful programs are detected, UGW will collect information and take reasonable actions.
2. Players understand and agree that Game services are commercial in nature. Users may choose whether to pay for chargeable items (such as virtual props or value-added services). Failure to pay will result in the inability to access related services.
3. To provide account recovery services, UGW may require players to provide registration data or historical information. Failure to provide accurate or updated information may result in UGW’s inability to confirm ownership, and UGW shall not be responsible.
4. If false, inaccurate, incomplete, or unlawful information is submitted, causing UGW to make incorrect judgments, UGW may terminate services and pursue legal responsibility.
Article 7: Service Termination
1. If UGW terminates operation of the Game, it will announce this at least 30 days in advance on the official website, login page, or purchase page.
2. If such notice is not given, UGW shall refund unused paid points or fees without deduction of costs, and provide other reasonable compensation.
Article 8: Breach of Contract
1. The formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Game’s operating region, excluding conflicts of law.
2. If players violate this Agreement, other published rules, or laws and regulations, UGW may revoke permissions, terminate services, and pursue legal liability.
Article 9: Miscellaneous
1. UGW may modify this Agreement at any time and will publish such modifications on the official website or through Game announcements. Once published, you are deemed to have accepted them.
2. If part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain effective.
3. Failure by UGW to exercise its rights in time shall not be considered a waiver, and UGW may exercise such rights in the future.
4. UGW reserves the right to display commercial advertisements within the Game and related services.
5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UGW reserves the right of final interpretation of this Agreement.
