Bee Master - End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the Bee Master game ("Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The Game is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Game or any part thereof.
Use of cheats, hacks, bots, mods, or third-party software to disrupt or gain unfair advantage in the Game is strictly prohibited.
Respect all intellectual property rights associated with the Game.
3. Third-Party Software
The Game may include third-party components governed by separate license agreements. Please comply with their respective terms.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The developer disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Game.
6. Privacy
Any personal data collected during your use of the Game is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your license terminates automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Game.
