1. License Grant
By downloading, installing, or playing the ZOMVAC Prototype Demo (“Game”), you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.
2. Ownership
All content, art, code, characters, and assets are owned by Kodybod Studios and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You gain no ownership rights by using this demo.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Game.
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game.
Circumvent any security features or share unauthorized copies.
4. Feedback
Any feedback or bug reports you share may be used by Kodybod Studios without any obligation to you.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
This demo is provided “as is” with no warranties or guarantees. Play at your own risk!
6. Limitation of Liability
Kodybod Studios is not liable for any damages from your use of the Game, including data loss, hardware failure, or unexpected jump scares.
7. Termination
This EULA remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate it by deleting the Game. Kodybod Studios may terminate this license if you breach any terms.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Washington State.
