THE FIXERS - End User License Agreement (EULA)

This end user license agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and DARK DOJO STUDIOS, LLC ("DARK DOJO STUDIOS," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of the video game titled THE FIXERS ("the game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not install or use the game.
Grant of license
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, DARK DOJO STUDIOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the game on a single device solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
Ownership
You are granted a license to use the game, but you do not own it. All rights, title, and interest in and to the game and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of DARK DOJO STUDIOS, LLC.
Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game.
Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the game.
Use the game for any commercial or unauthorized purpose.
Circumvent or disable any digital rights management or security features.
Use the game in a way that harasses, abuses, or harms other players.
Multiplayer and online features
The game may include online or multiplayer features. You agree to:
Follow all applicable laws and community standards.
Not use cheats, bots, or exploit bugs to gain unfair advantage.
Avoid sharing offensive, illegal, or infringing content.
Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
We reserve the right to suspend or ban access to online services at our discretion if these terms are violated.
User-generated content
If you create or share content in connection with the game (such as usernames, messages, or mods), you retain ownership of that content, but you grant DARK DOJO STUDIOS a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute your content in relation to the game and its community.
Updates and patches
The game may automatically update or require manual installation of patches to continue functioning. Updates may modify or reset game data. DARK DOJO STUDIOS is not obligated to provide updates or ongoing support.
Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate it by uninstalling the game and deleting all copies. We may terminate the license if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the game and delete all copies from your devices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The game is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. DARK DOJO STUDIOS disclaims all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DARK DOJO STUDIOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the game.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Steam platform
If the game is accessed through the Steam platform, your use is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Steam terms, the Steam terms will apply.
Changes to this agreement
We may revise this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted. Your continued use of the game after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of those changes.
By installing or using THE FIXERS, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
