End User License Agreement (EULA) for Boll’s Journey
Effective Date: July 6, 2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Studio Jephinca and governs your use of the game Boll’s Journey (“Game”).

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Distribute, rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the Game.
  
• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the Game.
  
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose without written permission.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game remain with Studio Jephinca. You own a license, not the Game itself.

If the Game allows you to create or share content, you grant Studio Jephinca a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display that content.

The Game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Studio Jephinca is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from use of the Game.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach any part of it. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete all copies.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By installing or using Boll’s Journey, you agree to this EULA.
