4. END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of Luminoria Tactics ("Luta"), developed and provided by HON STUDIOS Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("HON STUDIOS," "we," "us," or "our").
4.1 License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, HON STUDIOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Luminoria Tactics solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
4.2 License Restrictions
You may NOT:
Copy, distribute, sell, or sublicense the game.
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game software.
Remove, obscure, or alter proprietary notices or trademarks.
Use the game for commercial purposes.
Create derivative works based on the game without explicit permission.
4.3 Ownership
HON STUDIOS retains all ownership rights, title, and intellectual property in Luminoria Tactics, including but not limited to software, artwork, and audiovisual elements. This EULA does not grant you ownership rights.
4.4 Updates and Modifications
We may periodically release updates, patches, and enhancements.
You agree to install updates to continue accessing the game.
Updates may change game mechanics, card abilities, features, or requirements.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
4.5 Data Collection and Privacy
By using Luminoria Tactics, you agree to our collection and use of your data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] https://luminoriatactics.com/privacy, which includes compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA where applicable.
4.6 Third-Party Services
The game may integrate third-party services such as payment processors, social media, and analytics providers. Usage of these services is subject to their respective third-party terms and conditions.
4.7 Beta Participation
If you participate in any beta testing programs, you agree to:
Keep pre-release information confidential.
Understand that beta versions may be unstable and are provided "as-is."

Acknowledge that progress and virtual items in beta may not carry over to the full release.
4.8 Accessibility Commitment
HON STUDIOS is committed to making Luminoria Tactics accessible to all users and aims to follow WCAG guidelines where feasible.
4.9 Termination
This EULA terminates immediately if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination:
You must cease all use of Luminoria Tactics.
You must uninstall and delete all copies of the game from your devices.
Certain provisions, including ownership rights and liability limitations, will survive termination.
4.10 Warranty Disclaimer
LUMINORIA TACTICS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. HON STUDIOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
4.11 Liability Limitation
HON STUDIOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use or inability to use the game. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to HON STUDIOS in the last 12 months.
4.12 Export Compliance
You agree to comply with applicable export control laws and regulations. You warrant that you are not located in any embargoed country or listed on any prohibited party lists.
4.13 Entire Agreement
This EULA, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Beta Testing Agreement (if applicable), constitutes the entire agreement between you and HON STUDIOS concerning your use of Luminoria Tactics.
