END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) AND TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using this video game ("Brutal War" or the "Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA). This software is protected by digital rights management (DRM) technology and is subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement (SSA).
You are not acquiring ownership of this software; you are being granted a limited, revocable, and non-transferable license for your personal use. Violation of these terms will result in the immediate revocation of this license, access restrictions via DRM, and, in severe cases, reporting to the appropriate authorities. All sales are final (subject to the standard refund policies of the distribution platform).

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Modding Restrictions
We reserve the absolute right to moderate, remove, or report any user-generated content (UGC), as well as to revoke the Software access license of any user who utilizes our assets to create or promote the following:
Real-World Tragedies: The creation of modifications (mods) that recreate real-world mass casualty events, sensitive historical tragedies, or unlawful acts for the purpose of glorification is strictly prohibited.
Illegal and Pornographic Content: The generation of illegal pornography, exploitative material, or any content that violates international laws using game assets (models, audio, code) is strictly prohibited.
Extremist Propaganda: The use of the Software and its community platforms to spread propaganda, recruit for, or fund extremist groups or radical organizations across any political spectrum is forbidden.
Harassment and Hate Speech: Harassment, doxing, discrimination, or incitement to violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, language, or political affiliation will not be tolerated.
3. Intellectual Property Rights and Brand Misuse
All game content, being satirical in nature, is protected by intellectual property laws.
Decontextualization and Defamation: Using images, videos, or assets from the Software outside of their intended satirical context with the deliberate purpose of defaming the "Brutal War" brand or its developers—such as presenting the Software as genuine hate propaganda or claiming the studio supports real-world violence—constitutes a violation of our terms of use.
We reserve the right to issue takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) against websites, content creators, or media outlets that monetize material using our protected assets for direct, malicious disinformation or smear campaigns against the company.
4. Enforcement Mechanisms and License Revocation
Failure to comply with any clause of this EULA empowers the developers and administrators to take the following actions unilaterally and without prior notice:
DRM Lockout and License Revocation: Remote deactivation of access to the Software at the account level through our Digital Rights Management (DRM) system or developer tools provided by Steam, permanently preventing the application from launching.
Community Expulsion: Permanent bans (Game Ban / Community Ban) from official forums, multiplayer servers (if applicable), and the Steam Community Hub.
No Refunds: The termination of your license due to a EULA violation does not grant any right to compensation or refunds.
Legal Action: In cases involving the distribution of unlawful material (such as generating illegal pornography using mods) or direct threats to public safety, user information (including IP addresses and account identifiers) will be forwarded to the relevant local and international law enforcement agencies.
