END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and RedBlocks ("Developer") for the software product titled "엘프 여상사의 오리엔테이션" (the "Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Software.
- Use the Software for any commercial purpose without written consent from the Developer.
3. OWNERSHIP
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any images, audio, video, and text incorporated into the Software) remain with the Developer.
4. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
