MINIATURE LEGENDS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Effective Date: September 20, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Aeon Studios LLC (“Aeon Studios,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
This Agreement governs your access to and use of Miniature Legends (the “Game”), including its software, updates, patches, downloadable content, online features, related services, and documentation supplied by Aeon Studios.
By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing, or playing the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install, access, or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and applicable platform terms, Aeon Studios grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the Game on compatible devices that you own or control solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
The Game is licensed, not sold. No ownership interest in the Game or its intellectual property is transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by Aeon Studios and its licensors.
2. Eligibility and Minors
You may accept this Agreement only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept this Agreement on your behalf and supervise your use of the Game.
By allowing a minor to use the Game, the parent or legal guardian accepts responsibility for the minor’s use of the Game and compliance with this Agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Game, including its software, source code, object code, gameplay systems, characters, stories, artwork, animations, models, textures, visual effects, sound effects, music, user interface, logos, trademarks, branding, documentation, promotional materials, and all associated intellectual property rights, is owned by or licensed to Aeon Studios LLC.
Guest characters, third-party software, and licensed content remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
This Agreement does not grant you ownership of any portion of the Game or permission to use Aeon Studios’ names, logos, trademarks, or branding except as expressly permitted under this Agreement.
4. Early Access and Development Status
Miniature Legends may be offered as an Early Access title. Early Access software is unfinished and may contain bugs, incomplete features, technical limitations, or other errors.
Features may be incomplete or unavailable. Bugs and technical problems may occur. Gameplay systems may change substantially. Content may be added, modified, rebalanced, delayed, or removed. Platform support, performance, pricing, and online functionality may change. Saved data may become incompatible with later versions. Announced features, platforms, development plans, and release dates are not guaranteed.
Your purchase provides access to the version made available through the applicable storefront and any updates provided under that storefront’s terms.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
5. Online Services
Certain features of the Game require an internet connection and may depend on third-party services, including Epic Online Services and platform-specific online services.
Online features may require a separate platform account and acceptance of additional third-party terms.
Aeon Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to online services. Services may be limited, suspended, modified, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, technical, business, or operational reasons.
When reasonably practical, Aeon Studios may provide notice of a permanent service discontinuation through the Game, its website, or an applicable storefront.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the Game’s source code or underlying data; modify the Game or create unauthorized derivative works; circumvent technical protections, security features, or access controls; use cheats, exploits, bots, macros, automation tools, trainers, hacks, injected code, unauthorized third-party software, or modified game files; knowingly abuse a bug or exploit; manipulate matchmaking, statistics, progression, rewards, or online systems; obtain an unfair advantage over other players; data mine, scrape, intercept, or collect information from the Game through unauthorized means; host unauthorized servers or emulate, redirect, or interfere with the Game’s network communications; sell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Game or access to it; sell, purchase, share, or transfer accounts contrary to applicable platform terms; interfere with the Game’s services or another player’s experience; distribute malicious software or conduct denial-of-service activity; or use the Game for unlawful purposes or in a manner that infringes another person’s rights.
These restrictions do not apply where applicable law expressly permits the activity.
7. Unauthorized Modifications
The Game does not currently support user-created modifications.
You may not create, distribute, install, or use unauthorized mods, plugins, injected code, altered executables, or modified game files without prior written permission from Aeon Studios.
This section does not prohibit activities expressly protected by applicable law.
8. Community Conduct
When using multiplayer features or official Aeon Studios community spaces, you must not harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate another person; engage in hate speech or discrimination; impersonate another person or organization; expose another person’s private information; distribute malicious software; spam or intentionally disrupt services; or encourage cheating, exploitation, or unlawful conduct.
Aeon Studios may moderate its official community spaces and restrict access to online features when reasonably necessary to enforce these standards, protect users, preserve service integrity, or comply with applicable law.
Third-party community platforms may also enforce their own rules.
9. Feedback and Community Submissions
Aeon Studios may invite voluntary feedback, suggestions, gameplay ideas, character concepts, artwork, or other materials through designated official channels.
Do not submit material unless you own it or possess all rights and permissions necessary to submit it. Do not submit confidential information.
You retain ownership of any original rights you hold in your submission.
By submitting material for consideration, you grant Aeon Studios LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, redesign, create derivative works from, publish, display, perform, distribute, market, promote, and otherwise use the submission.
This license permits Aeon Studios to include the submission in the Game, related products, promotional materials, and Aeon Studios’ business activities. Aeon Studios may modify the submission to match the Game’s artistic style, technical requirements, or design needs.
Submissions are voluntary and do not create employment, partnership, joint ownership, joint authorship, approval rights, or ownership in the Game.
Submitting material does not give you a right to compensation, royalties, revenue participation, or inclusion in the Game.
Credit may be provided at Aeon Studios’ discretion or as stated in the applicable submission guidelines.
Aeon Studios may have already developed, or may later independently develop, material similar to a submission without creating an obligation to the submitter.
Specific submission programs may include additional guidelines or release terms. If those terms conflict with this section, the specific terms will govern that submission to the extent of the conflict.
10. Artificial Intelligence Restrictions
Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not use the Game or its assets to train, fine-tune, validate, benchmark, develop, or improve a machine-learning model, generative artificial intelligence system, or similar technology without prior written permission from Aeon Studios.
Protected materials include artwork, promotional images, music, sound effects, character designs, animations, models, textures, voice recordings, screenshots, written material, and other copyrighted Game content.
Community submissions created wholly or partly through generative artificial intelligence are not eligible for inclusion when prohibited by the applicable submission guidelines.
This section governs user conduct and does not replace any separate public statement made by Aeon Studios regarding its own development practices.
11. Streaming and Content Creation
Aeon Studios permits individuals to create and share gameplay videos, livestreams, screenshots, reviews, commentary, tutorials, fan discussions, and similar creator content featuring the Game.
Creator content may be monetized through ordinary platform programs, sponsorships, subscriptions, advertisements, and viewer donations.
The content must comply with applicable law, this Agreement, and the relevant platform’s rules. It must not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, employment, or an official relationship with Aeon Studios. It must not distribute Game assets, music, or other Game content separately from genuine gameplay, commentary, or creative presentation. It must not disclose confidential or pre-release material subject to a separate restriction. It must not be unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, or primarily intended to promote cheating or exploitation.
This permission is a limited, revocable license and does not transfer ownership of Game content.
Aeon Studios may revoke this permission for a specific use that violates these conditions or infringes third-party rights.
12. Updates and Changes to the Game
Aeon Studios may provide updates, patches, balance changes, security fixes, downloadable content, bug fixes, and additional features.
An update may be required to continue using multiplayer or online functionality. Updates may install automatically through your device or storefront settings.
To the extent permitted by law, Aeon Studios may modify or discontinue features or content.
Nothing in this section reduces any mandatory remedy or consumer right available to you.
13. Third-Party Platforms and Components
The Game may be distributed through third-party platforms, including Steam, the Epic Games Store, Google Play, and the Apple App Store.
The Game may also incorporate third-party software, services, and online systems.
Your use of these platforms, components, and services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
If a mandatory platform requirement or applicable law conflicts with this Agreement, that requirement or law controls only to the extent necessary.
Aeon Studios is not responsible for a third party’s independent services, actions, omissions, outages, or changes except where applicable law provides otherwise.
14. Purchases and Refunds
Prices, taxes, payment processing, and refund eligibility are generally administered by the storefront through which you obtained the Game or related content.
Refund requests should be directed to the applicable storefront unless Aeon Studios is legally responsible for processing them.
Nothing in this Agreement limits a refund, cancellation right, statutory warranty, or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Suspension and Termination
Aeon Studios may suspend or restrict access to online services, multiplayer features, official communities, or related accounts when it reasonably believes that you violated this Agreement, created a security or legal risk, harmed or harassed other users, cheated or exploited the Game, used unauthorized software, or interfered with the Game or its services.
The scope and duration of a restriction may reflect the nature and seriousness of the conduct.
Aeon Studios may terminate the license granted under this Agreement for a material or repeated violation. If the software license is terminated, you must stop using and uninstall the Game.
Suspension from online services does not, by itself, terminate your license to use any lawfully available offline portions of the Game unless Aeon Studios expressly states otherwise and is legally permitted to do so.
Termination or suspension does not create a right to a refund except where required by applicable law or platform terms.
Provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including ownership, submission licenses, warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, governing law, and miscellaneous provisions, will remain effective.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE GAME AND ITS RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS.
AEON STUDIOS DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
Aeon Studios does not guarantee that the Game will always be available, that servers will remain online indefinitely, that bugs or defects will be corrected immediately, that gameplay will remain unchanged, or that updates will preserve any particular feature, mechanic, balance, or saved data.
These disclaimers do not apply to warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Health and Safety
The Game may contain flashing lights, rapidly changing images, motion effects, repetitive patterns, or other visual effects that may affect photosensitive players.
Stop playing immediately if you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, loss of awareness, disorientation, involuntary movement, seizures, motion sickness, or other physical discomfort.
Seek appropriate medical advice if you experience any of these symptoms. Players with a history of seizures or photosensitivity should consult a qualified medical professional before playing.
Take reasonable breaks, play in a well-lit environment, and maintain an appropriate distance from the screen.
The Game is intended for entertainment and does not provide medical or mental-health advice. In an emergency or crisis, contact qualified professionals or local emergency services.
18. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AEON STUDIOS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE GAME OR THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF AEON STUDIOS WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AEON STUDIOS’ TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE GAME OR THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR TEN UNITED STATES DOLLARS.
These exclusions and limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aeon Studios LLC and its members, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your unlawful use of the Game, your material violation of this Agreement, or a submission you provided that infringes another person’s rights.
This obligation does not apply to the extent that a claim results from Aeon Studios’ own actions or omissions or where indemnification is prohibited by law.
20. Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere, judicial proceedings arising from this Agreement or the Game must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Puerto Rico.
Each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking appropriate relief in small-claims court or exercising mandatory consumer rights available in the jurisdiction where the user resides.
21. Changes to This Agreement
Aeon Studios may update this Agreement to reflect changes to the Game, its services, business practices, platform requirements, or applicable law.
The updated Agreement will identify its effective date and may be presented through the Game, Aeon Studios’ website, or an applicable storefront.
When required by law, Aeon Studios will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change becomes effective.
Continued use of the Game after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
If you do not accept a revised Agreement, you must stop using the Game and its related services.
22. Privacy
Aeon Studios’ collection and use of personal information in connection with the Game is described in the Miniature Legends Privacy Policy, available at:

Third-party platforms and service providers may process information under their own privacy policies.
23. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Agreement excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory warranty, remedy, or other right that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified.
If a provision of this Agreement conflicts with a mandatory law applicable to you, that law controls, and the provision will be interpreted only to the maximum extent legally permitted.
24. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement. This Agreement, the Miniature Legends Privacy Policy, applicable program-specific submission terms, and mandatory platform terms constitute the agreement between you and Aeon Studios regarding the Game and supersede prior agreements concerning the same subject.
Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
No Waiver. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without Aeon Studios’ prior written consent. Aeon Studios may assign this Agreement as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or other lawful business transaction, subject to applicable law.
Force Majeure. Aeon Studios is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or utility failures, labor disputes, war, civil unrest, government action, or failures of third-party platforms, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Headings. Section headings are provided for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.

These restrictions do not apply where applicable law expressly permits the activity.

Aeon Studios may suspend or restrict access to online services, multiplayer features, official communities, or related accounts when it reasonably believes that you violated this Agreement, created a security or legal risk, harmed or harassed other users, cheated or exploited the Game, used unauthorized software, or interfered with the Game or its services.
The scope and duration of a restriction may reflect the nature and seriousness of the conduct.
Aeon Studios may terminate the license granted under this Agreement for a material or repeated violation. If the software license is terminated, you must stop using and uninstall the Game.
Suspension from online services does not, by itself, terminate your license to use any lawfully available offline portions of the Game unless Aeon Studios expressly states otherwise and is legally permitted to do so.
Termination or suspension does not create a right to a refund except where required by applicable law or platform terms.
Provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including ownership, submission licenses, warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, governing law, and miscellaneous provisions, will remain effective.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE GAME AND ITS RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS.
AEON STUDIOS DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
Aeon Studios does not guarantee that the Game will always be available, that servers will remain online indefinitely, that bugs or defects will be corrected immediately, that gameplay will remain unchanged, or that updates will preserve any particular feature, mechanic, balance, or saved data.
These disclaimers do not apply to warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Health and Safety
The Game may contain flashing lights, rapidly changing images, motion effects, repetitive patterns, or other visual effects that may affect photosensitive players.
Stop playing immediately if you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, loss of awareness, disorientation, involuntary movement, seizures, motion sickness, or other physical discomfort.
Seek appropriate medical advice if you experience any of these symptoms. Players with a history of seizures or photosensitivity should consult a qualified medical professional before playing.
Take reasonable breaks, play in a well-lit environment, and maintain an appropriate distance from the screen.
The Game is intended for entertainment and does not provide medical or mental-health advice. In an emergency or crisis, contact qualified professionals or local emergency services.
18. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AEON STUDIOS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE GAME OR THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF AEON STUDIOS WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AEON STUDIOS’ TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE GAME OR THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR TEN UNITED STATES DOLLARS.
These exclusions and limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aeon Studios LLC and its members, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your unlawful use of the Game, your material violation of this Agreement, or a submission you provided that infringes another person’s rights.
This obligation does not apply to the extent that a claim results from Aeon Studios’ own actions or omissions or where indemnification is prohibited by law.
20. Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere, judicial proceedings arising from this Agreement or the Game must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Puerto Rico.
Each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking appropriate relief in small-claims court or exercising mandatory consumer rights available in the jurisdiction where the user resides.
21. Changes to This Agreement
Aeon Studios may update this Agreement to reflect changes to the Game, its services, business practices, platform requirements, or applicable law.
The updated Agreement will identify its effective date and may be presented through the Game, Aeon Studios’ website, or an applicable storefront.
When required by law, Aeon Studios will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change becomes effective.
Continued use of the Game after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
If you do not accept a revised Agreement, you must stop using the Game and its related services.
22. Privacy
Aeon Studios’ collection and use of personal information in connection with the Game is described in the Miniature Legends Privacy Policy, available at:

Third-party platforms and service providers may process information under their own privacy policies.
23. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Agreement excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory warranty, remedy, or other right that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified.
If a provision of this Agreement conflicts with a mandatory law applicable to you, that law controls, and the provision will be interpreted only to the maximum extent legally permitted.
24. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement. This Agreement, the Miniature Legends Privacy Policy, applicable program-specific submission terms, and mandatory platform terms constitute the agreement between you and Aeon Studios regarding the Game and supersede prior agreements concerning the same subject.
Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
No Waiver. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without Aeon Studios’ prior written consent. Aeon Studios may assign this Agreement as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or other lawful business transaction, subject to applicable law.
Force Majeure. Aeon Studios is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or utility failures, labor disputes, war, civil unrest, government action, or failures of third-party platforms, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Headings. Section headings are provided for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
