Last updated: June 2025
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Joshua Shaw, the developer and owner of the intellectual property related to the video game titled "Scrapocalypse" ("the Game"). By installing, copying, accessing, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
Joshua Shaw grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Game or any of its components without express written permission from the developer.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content within the Game, including but not limited to code, artwork, audio, and design, is the intellectual property of Joshua Shaw or used with proper licenses. Some visual and audio elements may originate from third-party assets licensed for commercial use.
Unauthorized reproduction or use of any part of the Game is strictly prohibited.
3. Early Access Disclaimer and Updates
Scrapocalypse is currently in Early Access. This means the Game is under active development and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or performance issues.
Joshua Shaw may continue to release updates, bug fixes, and new content at his discretion. Player feedback is welcome and may influence future development decisions.
There is no guarantee of final release, and features may be added, changed, or removed without notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Joshua Shaw is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to data loss, system failures, or hardware issues.
You use this Game at your own risk, especially given its Early Access state.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate if you violate any part of it. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies from your devices.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install, play, or otherwise use the Game.
