This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Properbox ("Developer") governing the use of the software application Artificial Player ("Software").
By installing, copying, or using this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, educational, experimental, and development purposes.
You may:
Install and use the Software on one or more devices you own or control.
Use it to simulate input for offline games, personal projects, educational tools, or testing environments.
Modify behavior logic (via configuration or code) to adapt it to your own use cases.
You may not:
Use the Software to gain unfair advantage in any online multiplayer or anti-cheat protected game.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where permitted by law.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software without explicit written permission from the Developer.
2. ACCEPTABLE USE
The Software is intended strictly for legal, ethical, and non-malicious use.
Using the Software in a way that violates the terms of service of another software, platform, or game may result in consequences imposed by those third parties (e.g. account bans, HWID bans). The Developer is not liable for such consequences.
3. NO WARRANTIES
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind.
The Developer makes no guarantees that the Software:
is free of bugs or errors,
will work with all systems or games,
is suitable for any particular purpose.
You assume all risks associated with using this Software.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
data loss,
game or account bans,
hardware or software failures,
financial losses,
resulting from the use or inability to use the Software.
5. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated.
You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling and deleting all copies of the Software.
The Developer may terminate your license without notice if you breach this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies.
6. EXPORT & LEGAL COMPLIANCE
You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms (including game EULAs and platform policies).
You agree not to export or use the Software in any jurisdiction or in any way prohibited by applicable law.
7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use this Software.
