4. User-Generated Content (If applicable)
If the Software allows you to create or upload content, you grant AyoCreative a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Software and for promotional purposes.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AyoCreative disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AyoCreative shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
