1. INTRODUCTION
This End User License Agreement ("EULA”) is a legal agreement, binding contract between EYVALON ENTERTAINMENT ("Licensor”) and you as the user ("User”). It governs the use of the software "Clicker, Clicker Treasure Picker” ("Game”).
By installing, launching, or clicking "I agree,” you accept the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, you may not purchase, download, or play the Game.
The Game is distributed via Steam, operated by Valve S.A.R.L. (EU) and Valve Corporation (USA). A Steam account is required. Your use of Steam is subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement, which takes precedence over this EULA in case of conflict.
Steam may offer refunds under certain conditions; details are available on the Steam website.
You may only use the Game if you are at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with parental/guardian consent after they have read and explained this EULA to you.


2. SUMMARY
This EULA is a legal agreement between you and us. Please read it carefully.
It sets out the rules for using the Game. If you break these rules, we may suspend your access or take legal action.
The Game is currently in Early Access and provided "as is.” Bugs and incomplete content may occur.
This EULA may be updated from time to time.


3. PERMITTED USE
As long as you comply with this EULA, you may:
- Play the Game.
- Use the Game under a personal, non-exclusive license. Ownership remains with us.
- Share screenshots, streams, and gameplay videos.
- Include advertising in recorded or live gameplay videos (e.g., on Twitch or YouTube), provided it does not appear as an endorsement from us.


4. PROHIBITED USE
To protect the Game and our community, the following actions are forbidden:
- Distributing, selling, renting, or sharing copies, hacked versions, or license keys.
- Commercial use of Game content without our written permission.
- Using copyrighted material (music, images, videos) without rights in connection with the Game.
- Sharing your account credentials or passwords.
- Disrupting gameplay, harassing other players, or interfering with the Game’s operation.
- Publishing content in the Game that is not your own or that you do not wish to share publicly.
- Posting advertisements or third-party content within the Game.
- Uploading illegal, offensive, discriminatory, pornographic, or misleading content.
If your actions cause us legal issues, you are responsible for covering damages and related costs.


5. LIABILITY
This EULA does not limit your statutory rights.
- We remain liable for personal injury or death caused by negligence, and for fraudulent misrepresentation.
- If the Game is defective, we will attempt to repair or replace it.
- Since the Game is in Early Access, bugs and missing features are expected.
- Beyond the above, our liability is limited to the purchase price you paid.
The game, along with all updates and upgrades, is provided "as is."
This means we make no warranties regarding the game other than that it is of satisfactory quality, as described, and fit for purpose. We make no further warranties regarding the game.
Our warranties regarding the game do not apply if any errors or defects in the game result from you altering or modifying the game (including the use of mods) or from you using the game in violation of this EULA.
We will provide the game with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee that it will run without errors or interruptions when played or used.
Or that it will not cause problems with your device. The version of the game available at the time of this EULA is in "EARLY ACCESS."
This means that the game is not yet complete, may be missing content, and may contain bugs. For more information about "EARLY ACCESS," please visit Steam (https://store.steampowered.com/earlyaccessfaq/).
We will provide the game with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee that it will run without errors or interruptions when played or used. Please inform us immediately if you encounter any problems with the game so that we can be aware of them and decide whether we need to fix them in a future update (if one is released).
Please report any problems you encounter to info@eyvalon.de, or in the "Clicker Clicker Treasure Picker" Steam discussion hub so that we can review them and possibly consider them in future updates.


6. TERMINATION
We may terminate this EULA if you violate its terms. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Game or removing it from your Steam account.
After termination, you may no longer use the Game. Our ownership rights and certain provisions (e.g., Liability, Privacy) remain in effect.


7. MISCELLANEOUS
- Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
- We may update this EULA when necessary (e.g., legal changes, new features, community protection).
- Updates or online services may require acceptance of the revised EULA.
- This Agreement is governed by German law, and disputes may be brought before German courts.
