END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR GOTCHI GUARDIANS

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you ("You" or "Player") and Pixelcraft Studios Pte Ltd (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) regarding your use of the video game Gotchi Guardians (“Game”).
1. LICENSE GRANT
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.
2. ALLOWED USES
You may:
Play the Game for personal enjoyment.
Capture and share videos, screenshots, and livestreams of the Game, including on monetized platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok.
Use Game footage for commentary, reviews, tutorials, or other creative content, provided the content does not misrepresent the Game or Pixelcraft Studios.
No additional permission is required for such uses, provided your content complies with applicable platform policies, community standards, and does not contain or promote hate speech, harassment, or misleading claims.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game.
Sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or commercialize the Game itself.
Use cheats, automation software, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools to interfere with or manipulate gameplay.
Access the Game in any way that disrupts servers or circumvents intended mechanics.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game—including all code, graphics, artwork, audio, characters, trademarks, and other content—are and remain the sole property of Pixelcraft Studios Pte Ltd and its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
5. UPDATES & PATCHES
We may release updates, patches, or changes to the Game at our discretion. Continued access to the Game may require installing the latest version. Features and content may change or be removed over time.
6. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. It will automatically terminate if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using and delete all copies of the Game in your possession or control.
7. NO WARRANTY
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that the Game will meet your expectations or function on all hardware or configurations.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixelcraft Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Game.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
