END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (the “User”) and [Dying Tiger Studios AB] (“Licensor”), governing the use of the software application Flight Weapon (the “Software”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
1.1 Licensor grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
1.2 You may install and use the Software on one computer at a time.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell the Software except as expressly permitted.
Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code, except where permitted by applicable law.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or copy protection features.
Use the Software for commercial purposes, including but not limited to game centers, cafés, or rental.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the Software (including all graphics, sound, code, and story elements) remain with Licensor.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If the Software allows you to create, upload, or share content, you grant Licensor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the Software. You remain responsible for the legality of your content.
5. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software.
6. LIMITED WARRANTY & DISCLAIMER
The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. Licensor does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of the use of the Software.
8. UPDATES AND PATCHES
Licensor may deploy patches, updates, or modifications to the Software which may be required for continued use. You consent to such updates being applied automatically.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
