END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") applies to your use of the game Ollie and the Merchant of Dreams. By installing or playing, you accept these terms.
1. LICENSE
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the game for private entertainment. No ownership is transferred.
2. PERMITTED USE
You may:
• install and play the game on devices connected to your Steam account
• share screenshots, video captures, streams, and reviews
• publish monetized gameplay videos and live streams (e.g. YouTube, Twitch)
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
• redistribute the full game or its assets as separate files
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify game code except where legally required
• claim the game’s art, music, story, or characters as your own work
4. UPDATES
The game may periodically receive improvements, fixes, and adjustments that may alter how certain features function. While reasonable efforts may be made to preserve user save files data, preservation and integrity are not guaranteed. Lavadrop Entertainment is not liable for save file data loss under any circumstance.
5. WARRANTY
The game is provided as-is with no guarantee that it will operate without issues on all hardware configurations.
6. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lavadrop Entertainment is not responsible for technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors arising from use.
7. TERMINATION OF USE RIGHTS
If the terms of this Agreement are materially violated, the license to use the game may be withdrawn.
8. GOVERNING TERMS
This Agreement applies alongside the Steam Subscriber Agreement and any relevant platform policies. Local consumer protections, where applicable, remain unaffected.
9. COMPLETE AGREEMENT
These terms form the complete understanding between you and Lavadrop Entertainment regarding the game.
