END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Hammerbuck Games ("Developer") for the use of the video game "Incident X" ("Game").
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Game for personal, non-commercial use on a single platform (PC or compatible device) through your Steam account.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including but not limited to all graphics, storylines, characters, audio, and code) are owned by Hammerbuck Games. You are granted a license to use the Game, but you do not own the Game itself.
3. Restrictions
You may NOT:
• Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the Game
• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Game without permission
• Use the Game to create derivative works
• Cheat, exploit, or use third-party software to gain unfair advantage
4. User-Generated Content
If the Game enables users to create or share content, you grant the Developer the right to use, reproduce, and distribute any such content within the Game or for promotional use.
5. Online Services
This Game may include multiplayer or online functionality. Hammerbuck Games is not liable for server downtime, matchmaking delays, or in-game performance due to online conditions.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights will automatically terminate without notice if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall it from your device(s).
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Hammerbuck Games does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hammerbuck Games shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
