End User License Agreement (EULA) – The Sling and The Stone
Effective Date: 7th June 2025
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and the developers of The Sling and The Stone, Suryanmon Bethala and Sujanmon Bethala, collectively referred to as "we," "our," or "Edwy Denny."
By installing or using The Sling and The Stone (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
- You may stream, record, and share gameplay content on platforms such as YouTube or Twitch, provided you do not claim ownership or violate copyright laws.
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
- Distribute, resell, rent, or lease the Game or any part of it.
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written permission.
- Create or distribute unauthorized mods, cheats, or derivative works.

1. Grant of License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and play the Game for personal entertainment purposes only.2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to any updates, art, audio, code, and content, remain the exclusive property of the developers (Suryanmon Bethala & Sujanmon Bethala).3. Permitted Use
- You may install the Game on multiple personal devices.- You may stream, record, and share gameplay content on platforms such as YouTube or Twitch, provided you do not claim ownership or violate copyright laws.
4. Restrictions
You agree NOT to:- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
- Distribute, resell, rent, or lease the Game or any part of it.
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written permission.
- Create or distribute unauthorized mods, cheats, or derivative works.
5. Updates
We may provide updates, patches, or improvements at our discretion. These updates may be required to continue using the Game.6. Data Collection
Currently, the Game does not collect personal data. If analytics or data collection is added in the future, it will comply with applicable privacy laws and be updated in this Agreement.7. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You play at your own risk. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages.8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.9. Contact
