This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you (“User” or “You”) and Çağan Fırat, the developer and owner of Var Game Simulator (“Me,” “My,” or “My”), regarding your use of the software, game, related media, documentation, and all related content, updates, and features (collectively referred to as “Software”). The Software, logo, name, designs, and content are the property of Çağan Fırat. All teams, players, and stadiums in the Software are fictional and are not associated with any real persons or entities.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to comply with the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Software.
1. Grant of License
Çağan Fırat grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the Software on a single device for personal and non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this EULA. This license does not permit you to:
• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Software;
• Use the Software for commercial purposes, including but not limited to organizing paid tournaments or selling in-game content;
• Share the Software with others, sublicense it, or transfer it.
2. Ownership
The Software, including all code, graphics, sounds, logos, names, designs, and other content, is the property of Çağan Fırat. All rights, titles, and interests in the Software, including trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property, belong to Çağan Fırat. All teams, players, and stadiums in the Software are fictional and are not associated with any real persons or entities.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
• Decrypt, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the software;
• Use cheats, hacks, mods, or third-party software to alter the game experience or gain an unfair advantage;
• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the software without prior written permission from Çağan Fırat;
• Using the Software in a manner that violates local, national, or international laws.
4. Updates and Support
Çağan Fırat may, at its discretion, provide updates, patches, or additional content for Var Game Simulator. I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Software or any of its features without notice. No support or maintenance guarantee is provided.
5. User-Generated Content
If the Software allows you to create, upload, or share content such as custom teams, stadiums, or replays, you grant Çağan Fırat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the Var Game Simulator.
6. Termination
This EULA terminates if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and delete all copies from your device. Çağan Fırat may terminate access to online features at any time without notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Çağan Fırat does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Çağan Fırat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Software, including data loss, loss of profits, or loss of reputation.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, excluding conflicting legal provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
