END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

IMPORTANT – Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before installing or using "Simple Zombie Survival" (the "Game"). This Agreement is a legal contract between you (the "User") and Omega Play Games ("Company").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Omega Play Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game for personal, non-commercial use on a single device.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
Distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Game.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
Modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Game.
Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Circumvent or disable any security or digital rights management features of the Game.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to its code, assets, music, artwork, and trademarks, are and shall remain the sole property of Omega Play Games.
4. UPDATES AND PATCHES
Omega Play Games may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game at its sole discretion. These may be required for continued use of the Game. You agree that the terms of this Agreement apply to any updates.
5. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from Omega Play Games if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Game.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Game is provided "as is," with all faults, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omega Play Games disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Omega Play Games be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Omega Play Games regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
