End User License Agreement (EULA)
AutoCraft by Delta-Cross Dynamics
Effective Date: 1st June 2025
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the software application AutoCraft (“Software”), developed and published by Delta-Cross Dynamics (“Licensor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and distributed through the Steam platform.
By installing, accessing, or using AutoCraft via Steam, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use AutoCraft solely for your own use, in accordance with this Agreement and Steam’s Subscriber Agreement.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
AutoCraft is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software (including updates, assets, and documentation) remain with Delta-Cross Dynamics. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Software.
3. Permitted Use
You may use AutoCraft for personal or non-commercial design and simulation purposes, including exporting content for personal use in supported games (e.g., BeamNG.drive).
4. Prohibited Use
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code.
Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software outside Steam.
Use the Software to create or distribute malicious or illegal content.
Use the Software to develop or support competing products.
5. User Content & Export Services
Content you create using AutoCraft (such as vehicle designs) remains your intellectual property. However, use of our external website to convert or export files is subject to separate terms, as that service is not covered by Steam distribution.
6. Updates and Modifications
We may provide updates, patches, or enhancements through Steam. These may be required for continued functionality. Delta-Cross Dynamics is not obligated to provide ongoing support or updates.
7. Steam Integration
Use of AutoCraft is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Valve’s Privacy Policy. In case of conflict between those and this EULA, Valve’s terms govern your use of the Steam platform itself.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delta-Cross Dynamics disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delta-Cross Dynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Software, including data loss or system failure.
10. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights automatically terminate if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software.
