END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Bence Pachinger-Molnár ("Licensor") for the video game "Crimson Mansion" ("Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
1. LICENSE GRANT
The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a compatible device.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software and any copies thereof are retained by Bence Pachinger-Molnár.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Use the Software for any commercial purpose (e.g., in arcades, for-profit streaming services, or business environments).
- Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software.
- Use the Software to create derivative works.
4. PERMITTED USES
You MAY:
- Install and use the Software on any personal device you own.
- Create and share gameplay recordings or livestreams for entertainment and commentary purposes (e.g., YouTube, Twitch), provided such content is not monetized as a standalone product (e.g., sold as a video game asset or compilation).
5. MODDING
The Software does not support modding. Any modification or attempt to alter the game content or executable is prohibited.
6. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
7. NO WARRANTY
The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees of any kind. Use of the Software is at your sole risk.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or hardware malfunction.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts within the EU.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor with respect to the Software and supersedes any prior understandings.
