End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User" or "You") and Skytrellis Games LLC ("Licensor", "We", or "Us"), and governs your use of the game titled Periapsis: Eclipse ("Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Grant of License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for personal, non-commercial use.
Ownership
You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the Game and its content (including but not limited to graphics, music, code, and design) are owned by or licensed to Us. This Agreement does not give you any ownership rights in the Game.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Game.
You may not distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Game to any third party.
You may not use the Game for any commercial purpose without our explicit permission.
You may not use the Game in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
User-Generated Content
If the Game allows you to create or upload content, you retain ownership of your content, but grant Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Game.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will function without interruption or errors.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
Termination
This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Game.
Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence unless otherwise required by local law.
