This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and TheGamerUrso (“Developer”) for the game The Night Is Long(“Game”).

By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

2. User-Generated Content (if applicable)
If the Game allows you to create or share content (e.g. screenshots, gameplay videos), you are allowed to do so for personal or non-commercial use. Monetized YouTube or Twitch videos are allowed.

3. No Warranty
This Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee the Game will be free of bugs or run on all systems.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Game.

5. Updates
The Developer may provide updates, patches, or changes to the Game. These are also subject to this Agreement.
