END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity), hereafter referred to as "You" or "User," and Ayrton Alexis®, the registered trademark and copyright holder of "Let's Play Toast" ("Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Ayrton Alexis®.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Game is licensed, not sold. Ayrton Alexis® retains all title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game, including but not limited to all art, music, code, narrative, and other content.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game;
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game;
- Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Game or any copies of it;
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Game;
- Use any unauthorized third-party software to modify or automate any gameplay.
4. NETWORK USAGE
This Game does not feature online multiplayer or peer-to-peer networking. The only network features involve Steam-integrated services, such as Achievements and Leaderboards, governed by Steam's terms of service.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Game is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind. Ayrton Alexis® expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Ayrton Alexis® be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the Game and all copies of it. It will also terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease and you must destroy all copies of the Game.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, with jurisdiction in London. You agree that any disputes may be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom, or, at Ayrton Alexis®' sole discretion, in your country of residence or operation.
9. TRADEMARK NOTICE
Ayrton Alexis® is a registered trademark. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
