This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Infinity Glyph Games, for the Steam Application Software "Game" URBEXCAM !

By installing, copying, or otherwise using UrbexCAM, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use UrbexCAM!

1, License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use UrbexCAM for personal, non-commercial use on your device(s), in accordance with the terms of this Agreement

2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble UrbexCAM!
- Rent, lease, loan sell, or sublicense UrbexCAM!
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.

3. Ownership
UrbexCAM is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game remain with us.

4. No Data Collection
We value your privacy. UrbexCAM does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or usage unless you commit to sending it via a crash report! All gameplay data remains solely on your device!

5. Disclaimer of Warranty
UrbexCAM is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Game.
