This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Deep Trap Studio, and governs your use of the software titled "Poopig" (the "Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Deep Trap Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game for personal, non-commercial use on a device you own or control, in accordance with this Agreement.
2. OWNERSHIP
You are granted a license to use the Game, but you do not acquire ownership of the Game or any intellectual property rights therein. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Deep Trap Studio.

Deep Trap Studio may provide updates or patches to the Game. These may be required to continue use of the Game. You consent to the automatic installation of updates, unless you explicitly opt out where allowed.
6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Deep Trap Studio makes no guarantees regarding the performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deep Trap Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Game.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.

- You retain ownership of your creations.
- You grant Deep Trap Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Game.
- You agree not to create or share offensive, infringing, or unlawful content.
