END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Ta2 Games Studio ("Developer") for the use of the video game "03" (the "Game").
1. Grant of License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, reverse engineering, redistribution, or modification of the Game is prohibited without prior written permission from the Developer.
2. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including but not limited to code, assets, art, music, and narrative) remain the property of the Developer.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Game.
5. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
6. Updates
The Developer may provide updates or patches at their discretion. Continued use of the Game after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes to the Agreement.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of residence of the Developer (Italy).
